Abdulrasheed Bawa, the manager of the Monetary and Monetary Violations Commission, has been removed from his position by President Bola Tinubu.
The explanation that the Office of the Secretary provided to the Organization's Public Authority on Wednesday night outlined the indefinite suspension.
Willie Bassey's statement said that the suspension was for a legitimate investigation into his direct time in office.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has supported Mr. AbdulRasheed Bawa's indefinite suspension from office as the Executive, Monetary, and Monetary Violations Commission (EFCC) in order to conduct an appropriate investigation into his conduct while in office.
This comes after significant allegations of office abuse were leveled against him.
The Chief, Tasks in the Commission, who will manage the issues of the Director's Office following the examination's conclusion, has been instructed to promptly hand over Mr. Bawa's office tasks.
